Cranberry-Maple Cinnamon Rolls

Activate the Yeast: – In a bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Prepare the Dough: – In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

Make the Filling: – In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.

Roll out the Dough: – Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle dried cranberries over the filling.

Roll and Cut: – Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal slices.

Bake: – Place the slices in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between each roll. Let them rise for about 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). – Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Glaze: – While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Glaze the Rolls: – Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the glaze over them while they are still warm.

Serve: – Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious Cranberry-Maple Cinnamon Rolls!
