Jolly Snowman Cheese Ball Recipe

Cheese is probably the best holiday appetizer. Cheese is enjoyed by most, except for vegans and lactose-intolerant individuals, in various forms such as hard, soft, crackers, or creamy queso. 

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened – 1 ½ cups freshly grated white cheddar – 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill – 3 tablespoons finely chopped chive – 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 2 teaspoons onion powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 cup shredded white cheddar – 1 baby carrot – 1 black olive – 1 grissini stick, broken in half – Crackers, for serving



In a large bowl, combine the following ingredients: grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Stir until the ingredients are completely incorporated. It is necessary to divide the cheese mixture into two sections: one larger and one smaller.

Form a ball out of each individual section. Once the surface has been cleaned, spread the shredded cheddar on it.

The larger ball should be placed on a serving platter, and then the smaller ball should be placed on top of it.

The nose of the snowman can be formed by inserting the carrot into the center of the smaller ball.

Create eyes out of the olives by cutting them into small circles and placing them on top of the carrot.

The remaining olive pieces can be used as a mouth, but this step is optional.

Use the grissini sticks to create arms for the snowman by poking them into the body of the snowman.
