Overnight Peach-Raspbery French Toast

Instructions: 1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

1. Arrange half of the bread slices in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the raspberries, peach slices, and brown sugar. Toss gently to coat the fruit in the sugar.

1. Sprinkle half of the fruit mixture over the bread in the baking dish. 2. Arrange the remaining bread slices on top of the fruit layer.

1. Spread the remaining fruit mixture over the top. 2. Pour the melted butter evenly over the entire dish.

1. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, allowing the bread to soak up the egg mixture. 2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake the French toast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. 2. Serve the Overnight Peach-Raspberry French Toast warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
