Lane exercises regularly. She enjoys full-body workouts. In this Instagram video, she demonstrated her favorite exercises. 

Lane pedals, leans forward and back, uses combat ropes, and does arm and leg raises on a machine while hanging from a bar. She captioned it "Full body burn." Full-body workouts challenge your entire body. 

Lane says she eats locally in her wellness Instagram post. Virtua Health says local foods are beneficial.
