Simple Tofu Katsu Recipe

Japanese food is delicious and nutritious and popular worldwide. While ramen and sushi come to mind, katsu is also popular. Katsu involves breading and frying pork or chicken cutlets.

– 1 (16-ounce) package of super firm tofu – ½ cup soy milk – ⅓ cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – ¾ cup panko breadcrumb – ¼ cup avocado oil

Once the tofu has been removed from its packaging, it should be dried with a paper towel. This tofu should be sliced into three thick slices.
