Texans roast Browns on Twitter after playoff blowout

Best is he who laughs last. On Saturday night, the Houston Texans social media crew received the final word about their Cleveland Browns rivals.

The Browns showed some inventiveness on Friday by criticizing their opponent, the Texans, in the Wild Card Round on Twitter/X. The Texas Texans answered on Saturday.

The Browns posted a graphic of a sign that read "Welcome to Texas" on social media on Friday, the day they arrived in Houston. Just "Ohio" was painted using Browns' hues. "Just passing through..." was written in the caption.

Even though it was entertaining and inventive, the Browns did expose themselves somewhat. If they lost, what kind of a comeback could they expect? Saturday was the day we learned.

The Browns were absolutely destroyed on Saturday, in addition to losing. Joe Flacco, the quarterback for Cleveland, completed passes for more than 300 yards but also two interceptions. The interceptions were both brought back for scores.

With a few adjustments, Houston tweeted the exact identical image as the Browns. It read, "First of all, thank you for coming to Texas. "Ohio" was painted in red, and "45-14" was written in white.

A "Lost Dog" sign with the words "Call Texans Admin: 1-800-DAWG" and "Last Seen: Losing to Texans" was also attached. Meanwhile, "safe travels back to cLeveland" was written in the caption.

Similar to the game, the Texans emerged victorious in this social media contest.
